Exchange
All the items (except earrings) can be exchanged during 14 days after purchase, weather they were bought online or from stores. If an item was purchased from store it should be exchanged in the store from which it was bought. All the products, purchase online, can be exchanged only in after contacting with our customer service online. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received itand in its original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange.
Returns
All products bought from our stores or muarjewels.com are eligible for return except for earrings, personal orders and gift cards. You must return an item from the day of purchase within 14 calendar days. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it-and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. A receipt must be presented as proof of purchase by the customer to receive a refund.
There will be delivery charges, bank transaction fees and/or taxes which the Customer will have to pay in case return or exchange of item.
Refunds
If the refundable item corresponds to all the points mentioned above the purchase price excluding delivery charges, return delivery charges and other applicable fees will be refunded via the samepayment method with which purchase was processed. Depending on the bank of the card, the money will be refunded on the same card within 5 working days if the purchase has been authorisedonline using a credit card.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order during the first 24 hours after placing theorder (if it is not express). Order cannot be cancelled if the shipment is on its way.
