• All reasonable costs, losses, and expenses we incur in recovering the amounts due, including

2. For clarity, if you fail to recognize or recall a transaction on your card or financial statement and
initiate a chargeback, this will be considered an unjustified chargeback for the purposes of this
section, and you will be responsible for the associated fees and costs.
5.2. Payment Security

information during the payment process. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment
information you provide is correct and up-to-date. If you suspect unauthorized use of your
payment details, please notify us immediately
5.3. Currency and Payment Processing

conversion fees, which are outside our control. Please check with your bank or payment

6. Delivery and Shipment Terms

completing your purchase, we will arrange for your order to be delivered to the address you
provide during the checkout process. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we
cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
2. While we aim to deliver your products within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation,
we do not guarantee an exact delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on or
before the expected date, but should no date be specified, we aim to deliver within 7 business
days of confirming your order.
3. Unless exceptional circumstances arise, we guarantee that all products will be dispatched within
14 days of receiving full payment or confirming your order, whichever is later.
4. We only deliver to valid street addresses and do not accept P.O. Box addresses for delivery.
5. Company may notify you of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. You may be offered
alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection
or collection at a delivery company service point.
6. If the delivery is delayed or becomes impossible due to incorrect or incomplete delivery
information, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to make arrangements for delivery, we may
attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If you fail to respond or provide accurate details, the
product may be returned to us.
7. In case the product is undeliverable because you did not accept delivery, provided an incorrect
address, or failed to respond to delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order or
retain the product, and you may be liable for any additional costs incurred, including but not
limited to return shipping and re-delivery charges.
8. If a product becomes undeliverable due to your actions, any refund issued may be subject to
deductions for costs incurred in attempting delivery. Refunds will only be processed if the
product is returned to us in good condition, and the original sale terms are met.
9. If the product is undeliverable and returned to us, we may charge storage fees or other
administrative charges if the product remains uncollected for an extended period. If the product
remains undelivered for a prolonged period due to the yours failure to provide correct or
complete delivery information, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. In such cases, any
amounts paid may be refunded, minus any relevant administrative and shipping fees
10. Upon your request We may be able to arrange insurance for loss of or damage to the Shipment,
covering the full value of the product. Shipment insurance does not cover indirect loss or
damage, or loss or damage caused by delays. If you choose to add shipping insurance, the
additional amount will be added to your total order cost. Please note that once the product is
delivered and signed for by you or the recipient, the shipping insurance coverage will end, and
no further claims will be accepted. If you do not choose shipping insurance, we will not be held
responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the products during transit. It is highly
recommended to consider purchasing insurance for high-value items or international deliveries.
6.1. International Delivery
1. We offer international delivery to select countries. If you are placing an order from outside the
UAE, please ensure that the delivery address is within our designated shipping zones. Delivery
times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance
processes, and additional shipping fees may apply.
2. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred
during the shipping process. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the
destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
3. In the event of delivery delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to provide
an updated delivery date. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us before
completing your purchase to ensure that we can accommodate them.
7. Consumer Cancellation Rights

are outside of their trade, business, or profession, when entering into contracts with us via our

2. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract with us within 14 days without providing
a reason, provided the cancellation is made within the specified period from the following dates:
(a) The date on which you, or a third party you designate, physically receives the products; or
(b) If the contract is for multiple products delivered on separate occasions, the 14-day period
will begin from the date on which the last product is received.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing of your decision to withdraw from the
contract. You can do this by submitting a clear statement of cancellation. To meet the deadline,
you must send us the cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.
4. Returning the Products
Once you have notified us of your intent to cancel, you must return the products to us without
undue delay, and in any event, within 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products to us, unless otherwise
agreed. The products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all
packaging.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund. The refund will cover the total amount you paid for the products, including any standard delivery charges. However,
please note the following exceptions:
• If you selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery, we reserve the
right to deduct the difference in price between the chosen method and our least expensive
option.
• If the products are returned in a condition that reduces their value beyond what is necessary
to examine the product, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund. Refunds will
be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless you have agreed to an
alternative arrangement. No additional charges will apply for the refund process.
6. Refund Timeline
We will process the refund within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products, or
earlier if you provide us with evidence that the products have been returned. If we have not
dispatched the products to you by the time you cancel, or if we offered to collect the products
from you, we will refund you within 14 days from the date of receiving your cancellation notice.
7. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply in the following situations:
(a) If the price of the product is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market that are
beyond our control and may occur during the cancellation period.
(b) If the product is customized or made-to-order based on your specific requests, such as
personalized items or custom engravings.
8. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are EXCLUDED from the right of
cancellation under consumer protection laws. Once purchased, earrings cannot be returned or
exchanged, unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. This exclusion applies regardless of
whether you are within the 14-day cancellation period. We encourage you to carefully review
your selection before purchasing earrings, as we are unable to accept returns on these items.
8. Order Cancellation
Cancellation of a contract between you and Muar Jewels, may occur under the following
circumstances:
1. We may terminate the contract immediately with written notice if:
• Non-Payment: You fail to make full payment for any amount owed under the contract by
the due date.
• Breach of Contract: You violate any term or condition of the contract.
2. Additionally, we may cancel the contract if we are unable to fulfill it due to circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Unavailability of raw materials, components, or finished products.
• Events such as power failures, industrial disputes involving third parties, governmental
actions, fires, floods, natural disasters, riots, terrorist attacks, or war.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund for any undelivered products 3. You may terminate the contract immediately with written notice if we breach any term or
condition of the contract.
4. Following cancellation, both parties are released from further obligations under the contract,
except for any rights or remedies accrued up to the date of cancellation. Refunds or returns
related to cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Consequences of Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions:
1. Muar Jewels will no longer be obligated to deliver any products that remain undelivered as
of the cancellation date.
2. You will remain obligated to pay for any products that have already been delivered up to the
date of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed. If payment has not yet been made for
delivered products, we reserve the right to recover payment or request the return of those
products in saleable condition.
3. All other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will cease to apply after cancellation.
However, specific clauses will survive termination and remain in effect indefinitely,
including but not limited to:

within a reasonable time frame after receiving the items, as outlined in our Returns and Refund
Policy. Any claims made outside of this period may not be considered.
11. Liability and Limitations of Responsibility

losses resulting from events outside of our reasonable control, including, but not limited to,
natural disasters, power outages, disruptions caused by third parties, industrial disputes,
governmental actions, terrorism, or war.
3. Business Losses
We will not be liable for any business-related losses or indirect damages, including (but not
limited to) loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, goodwill,
contracts, or production. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for losses of this nature

4. Personal Liability of Officers and Employees

the force majeure event.
